Shipping Policy

Welcome to Indikanya ("we", "us", "our"). This Shipping Policy governs orders placed through our website at https://indikanya.in. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, which protect the interests of both parties in providing a clear understanding of shipping and delivery practices.

1. General

We strive to maintain accurate stock information at all times. Occasionally, inventory discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock after your order, we will ship available items immediately and contact you to discuss whether you wish to wait for restocking or receive a refund.

2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order. This fee will be added to your total purchase amount.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 999 within India.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if you change your mind. Returned items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit. (Note: On case-by-case basis, refunds to original payment methods may be considered but are not guaranteed.)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Color Variations

While we make every effort to represent product colors accurately, slight variations may occur due to photography and screen differences.

4.2 Domestic Transit Time

Typical delivery times within India range between 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.

4.3 International Transit Time

International deliveries usually take 4 to 22 business days, depending on the courier service and destination. Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.

4.4 Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays, during which dispatch may be delayed.

4.5 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery addresses can be changed prior to dispatch by contacting our customer service team. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.

4.6 P.O. Box Shipping

We deliver to P.O. Box addresses only via India Post. Courier services do not support P.O. Box deliveries.

4.7 Military Address Shipping

Shipments to military addresses in India may only be possible through certain postal services (e.g., India Post). Courier delivery to such addresses is generally unavailable.

4.8 Items Out of Stock

If an item is unavailable, we will cancel that item from your order and refund its value. Remaining items will be shipped as usual.

4.9 Delivery Delay

If your delivery exceeds the expected time frame, please contact customer support to initiate an inquiry.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s status.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your parcel at delivery. If damaged, refuse the package if possible and contact customer service immediately. If accepted in your absence, notify us promptly for assistance.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

All prices on the website include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes are prepaid when applicable, so no additional charges are required upon delivery.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled any time before dispatch by contacting customer service. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; please refer to our Returns Policy for post-delivery returns.

9. Insurance

Shipments are insured up to the declared value by courier partners.

9.1 Damaged Parcels Claims

We will process refunds or replacements after the courier completes damage claim investigations.

9.2 Lost Parcels Claims

Similarly, refunds or replacements will be issued following courier confirmation of lost shipments.
