Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period ends 3 days from the date You ordered the Goods or the date a third party you appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise this right, You must clearly inform Us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day We receive the returned Goods. The refund will be made using the same method You used for payment and without any fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in a condition suitable for resale.

Non-returnable Goods:

  • Items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the expiry date has passed.

  • Goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons which were unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Only regular-priced goods may be refunded. Goods purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return transit. Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

  • If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be emailed after receipt of the item.

  • If the Goods were not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the goods shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
